5、要及(ji)時更換(huan)故(gu)(gu)障電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi) 由于(yu)每一個單(dan)(dan)體的(de)工(gong)藝差異,長(chang)期浮充(chong)下可能(neng)逐度漸‘落后(hou)(hou)’,因此在監控單(dan)(dan)元中會(hui)有定期對(dui)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組進行均(jun)充(chong)的(de)管理(li)功能(neng),以(yi)期激活這一落后(hou)(hou)單(dan)(dan)體,使之不再落后(hou)(hou)。但經(jing)常落后(hou)(hou),可能(neng)變(bian)成故(gu)(gu)障電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。我(wo)們可以(yi)用(yong)多種方法來(lai)判定其是(shi)否己病入膏肓(huang),如對(dui)其單(dan)(dan)獨進行容量試驗,或(huo)在線測試其內阻值(zhi)等。關鍵是(shi)要及(ji)時更換(huan)故(gu)(gu)障電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),這樣對(dui)太(tai)陽能(neng)路(lu)燈電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)組的(de)可用(yong)性乃至(zhi)整組壽命是(shi)非(fei)常重要的(de)。
6、建議定期進行(xing)電池(chi)組的(de)容量測試(shi)和(he)放電試(shi)驗(yan)容量測試(shi)是(shi)為了對(dui)電池(chi)組進行(xing)體檢,當然工作量較(jiao)大,但從需要和(he)可能(neng)性考慮,建議有條(tiao)件時進行(xing)抽樣試(shi)驗(yan)還是(shi)必要的(de)。
